Rape Relief denied standing in Ivan Henry compensation trial

B.C. Supreme Court Chief Justice Christopher Hinkson has rejected the attempt by Vancouver Rape Relief and Women’s Shelter to be heard at Ivan Henry’s trial for compensation over his wrongful conviction.
